This meetup will provide a local forum for presenting papers connected to the International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) 2026, a leading international conference in robotics and automation. The event will include keynote talks, oral presentations, and a poster session.
At this pre-ICRA meetup, participants will have the opportunity to present their work to colleagues across Danish and Nordic universities, and to discuss and discover exciting research from the local robotics and embodied AI community. A selection of ICRA 2026 papers and works connected to ICRA 2026 workshops will be presented as oral presentations, while all papers will have the opportunity to be thoroughly discussed during a poster session. In addition, we welcome poster presentations of papers accepted at previous ICRA editions, as well as relevant work presented at other robotics, computer vision and related conferences or workshops, including earlier-stage research.
We encourage you to attend even if you plan to participate in ICRA 2026 in person, as the meetup provides an opportunity for early feedback, discussion, and networking ahead of the conference. It will also allow you to explore papers from Denmark in advance, rather than focusing on them during the conference.
The Pre-ICRA 2026 Meetup is organized by the P1 Program on Embodied AI and Perception for Autonomous Systems directed by Dimitrios Chrysostomou, Lazaros Nalpantidis, and Leon Bodenhagen.
